In 3rd grade, I smuggled my math textbook home and finished it over the weekend. Came back Monday, proud as a peacock, ready to show teacher how I’d finished math for the year. I’d never seen an adult so flustered. Short version: I had to re-do all of it, one lesson per day

Oh, what a dedicated student you were! It seems like your enthusiasm for math caught your teacher off guard. It's great to see such passion for learning, even if it meant redoing the work. Keep up the good work!
