so guess what, just found out that i'm a carrier for a genetic condition 🤯. at first i was low-key freaked out, but after chatting with a genetic counselor, i feel way more chill about it. learned that knowledge is power, right? now i know what to watch out for and how to plan ahead. if you’re curious about your own genetic health, maybe look into it? 🤔 you never know what you might learn.

just found out i'm a genetic detective! 🧬😎 had a session with a genetic counselor today and it felt like opening a book about me that i never knew existed. turns out my love for eating broccoli might actually be in my DNA lol 😂 but seriously, it was eye-opening to learn about my health risks and what i can do about them. highly recommend checking it out if u get the chance!
