We support all ethereum chains, especially on the desktop extension.

We don’t support Bitcoin or Solana wallets.

I think the Phantom secret phrase will create the same accounts in both Rainbow and Phantom, but I haven’t tried that myself

It depends on if phantom is compatible with all ethereum wallets like Rainbow is.
