What would be a sufficiently moderate version of the concept that you *would* be willing to live in it?

I don't mind no junk food. But I do need to know what will be in it. Tell us the perks / benefits before the cons. 😅 

Sacrificing junk food for healthy, nourishing meals + fun social lifestyle is definitely worth it for me
