Anyone loves yukke? ⚡️ I am 😆 This is Yukke (dressed chopped raw meat) served in Thailand. The only difference from Japan is that it is decorated with green apple, which's refreshing and enhances the meat. While Japan is serving with bean sprouts? But, as I recall, it was green apple mixed with meat already.

In Japan, it comes with only egg yolk, and is topped with pine nuts, apples, cucumbers, etc. Since it's a standard dish at yakiniku restaurants, there are various variations depending on the restaurant. But it looks delicious!⚡

Thank you too. Yakiniku restaurants are in the high-end category, so I think they put a lot of effort into presentation to differentiate themselves from other restaurants. It would be great to be able to compare the tastes at various restaurants! However, I didn't expect you to recommend yukke.😇

Really? I didn't know before that yakiniku catagorised in High-end . Because in thailand we have Mookata (all you can eat buffet) ; it's pork : with just 3-5$ , so it's not high-end in thai . New knowledge for me. Ps. Have to use an internet pic , I haven't eat mookata for a very long time (>5years 😅) Ps.2 Moo = Pork Krata = Pan Moo kata = Pork grilled on the pan

First of all, when you say yakiniku in Japan, it basically means beef. There are certainly family-friendly and all-you-can-eat yakiniku restaurants, but they source cheap beef from overseas. Restaurants that serve pork and offal are popular and are not called yakiniku, but are considered a different genre.
