Tried a few olive oils over the years. I like this one as my all purpose olive oil. Some batches are grassy than others but a solid product for price point. The Sicilian olive oil on right is my favorite I tend to finish dishes with it.

It is difficult to use olive oil. I've heard that depending on the type of olive oil, the flavor changes depending on whether it is used for cooking or finishing. If it is not cooked, I don't know how to use it and the amount other than salads and soups…

i suggest just using cold pressed olive oils for dishes and preparations when you will not be heating it up...salads,dressings,finishing a dish....i find neutral oil like avocado is best for cooking at higher temps.
