Fixed some bugs: - blend modes and filters were not transferring to new layers, now they do - dithered brush constrained to circle was ugly, made it pretty then started working on touch actions

JOURNEYPAINT Update! DITHERED GRADIENTS! - change matrix and pixel size - angle the gradient - alphas on the colors - constrain to circle - draw from the preview (uses the preview as the brush, instead of a gradient generated at actual brush size. Good for warped gradients)

JOURNEYPAINT update! Today I made it so the Selection Brush (clone stamp) can also be constrained to a circle. It was a bit more complicated than the others I also started on implementing dither into gradient brush
