Hey everyone, just wanted to share a little something I've learned from running my own store. Customer service is everything. I know it's been said a million times, but it's so true. When you take the time to really listen to what people need, they notice. It's not just about making a sale, it's about building relationships. And you know what? It pays off. I've seen customers come back just because they felt valued and heard. So, if you're in retail, take that extra minute to chat with someone. It makes all the difference.
