Yes, I also just discovered it through one of the newsletters I read and now have a whole backlog of amazing conversations to check out. 

I also loved that at the end of this conversation the host explained why he decided to make a podcast discussing time, and it got pretty deep pretty fast, but I think that's what podcasts are at their best. A quite intimate experience.

I've read some of Pico Iyer's work but was not aware of this interview. "The Slowdown," too, is completely new to me. Timely, too, because I'm working on something of my own for the sloth people.

What a treasure trove! Love all those deep-dive interviews with people whose work is completely unfamiliar to me, and also love that they have well-edited transcripts right alongside the audio.
