great video essay. i was getting at benjamin's aura and the ai "smoothness" in my ghibli slop blog post a few weeks ago as well but the term "aura" has been complicated now by the appropriation of it by aura farming zoomers and has been itself smoothed out as well (⌒_⌒;)
