love this. - culture and trust is fundamental - feedback loops of intrinsic / extrinsic rewards for contributors - balance of curation, leadership, and bottom-up participation - powerful web3 primitives: on-chain reputation, decentralized governance, tokenized incentives We already have some great community-building mechanisms in place. More are coming. And we will be able to put them together in really cool ways.

This was great to read! Restarting my efforts at community. Burn out from 2021-2024 was real. The big lesson I learned from my experience with @acredaos is that “holding space” for community to form doesn’t work. Being neutral and expansive to accommodate a huge broad and undefined purpose did the opposite of what I hoped. Though the approach was necessary given its origins and regulatory concerns, still ineffective. I guess that’s awesome because I learned (more than I wanted to!) what might be a better alternative and approach under different conditions. So now I’m the founder. I am out front. My name is in it - LOL. So at least there is a clear point of view at start. Transparent leadership. And with this new administration I feel safe making bold plans that can actually fly. Glad to have stayed connected to you here! And look forward to finding content for community building that’s not coding apps. But for a non tech user-builder. 💙
