Raising money from top tier VCs doesn't justify a 3 day downtime. They should focus more on delivering a solid service rather than bragging about who invested in them.😓

call me old-fashioned, but I think a 3-day downtime should be a reason to not be able to raise from top-tier VCs... not the other way around 🤷

100% agree. In fact I think anyone that has raised a significant amount should be using that to make sure they have a team to minimise downtime. I'm still shocked at projects who raise millions not having a support team/ticket system.

A good counter argument to funds raised is “where are these funds being used?) If it’s an online startup, in online terms 3 days of down time sounds kind of critically flawed 🙃
