imo minmaxing titles rarely lead to breakout success, but does boost one's career in any other field but crypto No need to already be someone to become somebody onchain!

Hey Nico :) Iā€™m definitely someone onchain, I have plenty of achievements myself. And Iā€™m grateful. My point was that itā€™s irritating to see it being flexed in your face all the time by other people. Itā€™s like itā€™s a facade of a perfect work history and fabulous reputation. As time goes by, the edge to obtain these types of achievements become more difficult as industries become more impacted. People who had an early start at crypto (because they are older) were able to get these jobs easier. It just sucks because Iā€™m trying to get a job right now and seeing people not only have these jobs but throw it into your face, is disheartening. We can say that these titles donā€™t matter in crypto, but this is certainly not the case as someone who has been applying for jobs I see myself fit for left and right and not even have the chance at an interview because my experience on paper is instantly rejected.

crypto =/= onchain, if you meant getting a job/career in crypto I wholeheartedly agree But creating value onchain is different as in you are directly dealing with your users, and consumers are way less title sensitive than businesses

Ahhh I see your point, thx for clarifying. Yah definitely creating value onchain, everyday. No issue there. But the job/career side, always issues šŸ’€
