my take on SEC action on Uniswap:

A fed judge threw out SEC's case against Coinbase Wallet 2 wks ago, ruling CBW does not serve as broker nor offer financial advice, rather presents market info & helps users act on their own w noncustodial wallets - w DEX's - based on that info

so, SEC angrily went after the DEX

I left the United States in December because of extra-judicial attack.  They don’t care about the law anymore they’re just attacking any American first mover in blockchain and rapidly green-lighting insiders.

Godspeed to CB and UNI.  Someday I would like to return to my country.
