Why is it harder to recruit for web3?

I think one of the reasons is that there are simply fewer established web3 companies in the world, making it harder for those seeking stability as startups come & go. Also, considering the quantity of web2 companies vs web3 companies, it's statistically easier to hear about someone getting hired by a web2 company 🤔

Good point, definitely fewer established web3 companies that a web2 person would recognize and provide stability. Anecdotally, I’ve heard some blue chip web3 companies struggled with inverse problem: web2 candidates that apply because it’s a brand name, but they’re not genuinely interested in the space or mission
