The biggest transformation in my thinking about health over the past few years, by far, has been studying the work of Dr. Ray Peat and bioenergetics.

You hooked me with the term bioenergetics Say more? What's the core insight you've learned?

It's hard to distill it down to one core insight. Maybe that it all comes down to energy production? I'd say another big takeaway I've learned from Peat is that improving your health isn't just about looking better or even feeling better. It's about expanding your consciousness.

The reason it grabbed me is because I've made a huge shift in my own life to optimize for energy/feelings of aliveness and it feels more right But it's so meta I've been looking for a good place to understand more What's a good place to start with Peat's work?
