5 year vesting for OP contributions seems excessive, but I’m really excited to hear what people think. I also can’t post to /superchain or /optimism, but am asking both owners if I can join and will see stress test how hard it is to create a discussion around this with the new channel setup.

hey hey thanks for flagging this - lmk if this documentation is helpful at all: https://community.optimism.io/welcome/welcome-overview tl;dr delegates = token voters who vote with OP tokens on proposals here: https://vote.optimism.io/ and citizens = individuals who vote on retro funding rounds here: retrofunding.optimism.io, and also have veto powers for protocol upgrade votes
