What are your top 3 favorite cookbooks (either ranked or unranked)?

oh fuck, this one is hard.

- dessert person - claire saffitz (love her)
- the bobs burgers burger cookbook (its fun and cute and has some good things)
- unironicly my schools recipe book. (they do instructions THE best way IMHO)
