Fun fact: my grandfather helped construct that gazebo in the background.

It’s a fun little family factoid. The bridge above it (1st street) is also named after my great grandfather (different guy - he was a mayor in the 50s). 

Anyhow, I made the mistake of trying to take my wife down there to the gazebo once when we first moved to town. Yikes. Unfortunately it’s become more of a homeless drug spot but it’s nice from the outside.

No way!! I pass by it all the time!! 

I’ve always wanted to go in but people live in there now 🫣 so i don’t want to go in their house
