Feeling utterly alone and depressed today. Couldn't even bring myself to break a sweat at the gym. Hopefully I can turn the day around somehow. I teach swimming lessons tonight, that always does it, but I'm bleeding savings (all in eth) and feel like the end is near. Giving brutal honesty instead of bullshitting you

oh man, sorry to hear you're having a rough start to the day. i was also feeling the weight of existence this morning... hopefully you can do something that makes you feel better -- even if it's as small as treating yourself to a nice lunch or snack. i feel you about the market, it's.... it's painful. just know we're all right there with you... hugs

It's mentally taxing for anyone paying attention at all right now. And then add in what's happening in crypto. I've been taking vitamin A&D, and B complex and that's helped a little (at least not making things worse.) I hope your lessons give you some relief tonight. Thanks for being honest about how you're feeling right now. It's too easy to only show the "Facebook versions" of ourselves and then others think they're the only ones struggling. 576 $DEGEN

It’s unfortunate how much a few little things can send one down a dark spiral like this. If you can manage to make it to the gym it will help, I promise. Or even just to get out for a 5+ minute walk.
