what if they are music related channels? crossposting music or mentioning other music channels seems like healthy community growth, no?

1) Quote-casting something into /music because you geniunly liked the conent and think this channel should see it as well sounds resonable. But if that's all you are doing on here, then it's fair to question your motives. 2) There’s a difference between mentioning another channel to add context to a cast or discussion and just blatantly saying "come join us in this other channel" 3) If someone wants to promote their other music-related channel, they should use the home feed. Alternatively, they could reach out to the channel owner or mods to collaborate on amplifying a message that benefits the entire Farcaster network

I think the best way to handle these situations is to reach out to one another and have a chat about it. I shared the reminder because there have already been a few instances where people were just blatantly promoting their own stuff without adding any value to this channel
