There’s 1000 ways to skin a cat in a fitness program But as with all things, mastering the fundamentals will take you further than any optimization ever could Show up every day. Give 100% effort. Eat a balanced whole food diet. Sleep 8 hours a night. That’s really all it takes. The rest just fills in the gaps so you feel better about yourself (Ppl pay me thousands of dollars to fill in the gaps because they don’t want to accept the foundations is really all it takes)

Not wrong. No judgement here. U do what you feel is best. Imo you don’t NEED anything. With 0 strength training experience body weight workouts are just as effective as resistance workouts. Like I said before, the program really doesn’t matter at your level. Most people don’t want to hear (or believe) it, but it’s true. What matters is discipline & consistency, both of which require 0 equipment Just my decade of experience as a trainer

I get a lot of potential clients that want to train with me starting at 4+ days a week Unless they have a high training experience I’ll NEVER do it Prove to me you can show up 2-3x consistently for a month, and then we’ll talk about upping the volume And if someone’s never worked out in their life? Then I give them a simple home workout. Tell em, do this 3x a week for a month, when you finish, call me and we’ll start training Spending a few thousand dollars on a coach does nothing if you don’t have the discipline to show up I don’t build discipline in clients I make disciplined clients better

Don’t mean to call u out Alor, but this is hustling backwards Big mistake I see in beginners is that they think “if I buy X, it will make me want to Y” Nope. I’ve had clients buy $10k treadmills for their house because it’s so convenient to get their steps in…. And barely use it Convenience does not equal motivation You don’t need any equipment to start, you just need TO start Discipline will take you 80% of the way. Develop that first before thinking about efficiency or optimization But - since u already bought it… good luck soldier

Caffeine before yoga makes absolutely 0 sense. A practice that requires mindfulness and body awareness can only be disrupted by stimulants. Nootropics on the other hand can enhance your practice There’s a reason monks have taken non-stimulant cognitive enhancers like ginseng, l-theanine, and ginkgo biloba before their meditation practice (just a few of the active ingredients in focus+) Check out the full formula at www.feelnoetic.com

Was at an all day wellness festival and here’s my thoughts from speaking to TONS of people - the people who know what a nootropic is know a decent amount and have tried quite a few, they know what they want and don’t want - the people who don’t know what a nootropic is… have no clue lmao - people who know what a nootropic is care about ingredients & dosages - people who don’t care about taste - lots of people liked what they saw as far as formulation, but none seemed to be enticed to buy. Don’t think there’s a big enough pain point for an average person - overall, only a couple people didn’t like the taste. A few people loved it, and most thought it was good You can check it out here: www.feelnoetic.com

I’ve worked with quite a few tech founders Here are the 3 changes I make no matter what 1) daily physical activity I don’t care what it is, but every day you need to do something physically active for at least an hour Walking, running, strength training, cycling, swimming, tennis, yoga, etc. Pick something (or a couple things) and don’t miss a day 2) eliminate processed sugar Your garbage diet is crushing your energy and productivity (& health). We’re going to completely eliminate all processed sugar for at least 30 days. No excuses 3) 8 hours of sleep This whole “I’m a founder I need to grind!” Is bullshit. Grow up. Sleep deprivation is negatively affecting you in so many ways and the science is crystal clear You get 16 hours during the day to build your business, and the other 8 are for sleep so your body can be at its best every day Do these 3 things consistently & in 1 month you’ll feel the difference In 3 months you’ll see the difference And in 1 year you’ll BE different

So I’m assuming by parallels you mean neutral grip : Biggest advice I give to people trying to conquer body weight pull ups is that at some point you have to fully commit to doing it What I mean is that you can only follow progressions so much One day you’re going to have to get under a pull up bar and try AS HARD AS YOU CAN to pull yourself up And you won’t be able to And then the next day you need to get under the bar and try again And the next day try again And one day you’re going to finally do it If you can do 10 assisted pull-ups, you can do 1 BW pull up. You have to overcome the mental block thinking that you can’t Because once you get one you’ll realize you had the strength all along So ditch the assisted bands, give 100% effort every time you try, and don’t give up That pull up will come sooner than you think. Good luck!

For all things that sports do for people, the greatest benefit comes from the character development that participation in organized sports brings It doesn’t matter what the sport is, nor how good you are, when you participate in sports as a kid you develop skills that life wouldn’t teach you otherwise Discipline Perseverance Honesty Trust Teamwork Confidence How to overcome doubt/fear Sports truly are the unifying language of character in every corner of the globe

After having the best month of sales in December, 2025 really kicked me in the nuts 0 sales so far for Focus+ in the New Year Felt really discouraged today But the only way is through, so onwards we march I feel like I said I was due for a kick in the balls 😂 Honestly what helps me the most in times where I feel like this is calling my friends/family and letting them hype me up Sometimes we’re so hard on ourselves with our own expectations that we forget all the great things we’ve already accomplished Got some good words of encouragement and reminding myself that this is a process On we go
