I’ve worked with quite a few tech founders Here are the 3 changes I make no matter what 1) daily physical activity I don’t care what it is, but every day you need to do something physically active for at least an hour Walking, running, strength training, cycling, swimming, tennis, yoga, etc. Pick something (or a couple things) and don’t miss a day 2) eliminate processed sugar Your garbage diet is crushing your energy and productivity (& health). We’re going to completely eliminate all processed sugar for at least 30 days. No excuses 3) 8 hours of sleep This whole “I’m a founder I need to grind!” Is bullshit. Grow up. Sleep deprivation is negatively affecting you in so many ways and the science is crystal clear You get 16 hours during the day to build your business, and the other 8 are for sleep so your body can be at its best every day Do these 3 things consistently & in 1 month you’ll feel the difference In 3 months you’ll see the difference And in 1 year you’ll BE different
