Biggest mistake I’m seeing in these upwork proposals is that I’m getting bids for my max budget from people who are clearly way out of their payment range

What I mean is this: my budget is $1100 (+/- 40% but don’t tell them that lol) 

And I’m getting bids for $1100, makes sense

And then I check the persons profile, and they are offering their services for $20/hr

So you’re telling me it’s either gonna take you 55 hours to do this project, which is insane

Or you’re overcharging

Hard no to these people. What they really should have done is gone thru and estimated hours and offered a bid under my budget. At least then they’d have a chance
