While picking up sakura petals, my child must have made a wish.  
That evening, I praised them for helping me with something, and they said,  
"Mom! I think my wish came true! I wished that I wouldn’t get scolded today!"  
It was so cute, but at the same time, I felt so sorry.  

Having three kids, I sometimes wonder if I’m not a gentle mom.  
I’m always strict and scolding them, probably because I’m so worried they’ll get hurt.  
It made me tear up. 🥺
