How often do you say the word “interesting” in conversation? My friend remarked last night that it’s a vague filler word, and he’s right. I use it that way far too often. It’s sort of like how startups call themselves a “platform.” Doesn’t mean anything.

Too often but usually as a response when someone makes a statement / asks a question to give me time to process.
