How does gating or prioritizing work? I think I’m only familiar with the opt in channels I see at the top of warpcast 

My initial reaction is opt in since channels seem to be low noise anyway. Curious to get opinions from others though

would you want to gate or prioritize casts from certain users? or just have it be opt in?
