What other sub <1000 person onchain communities should we consider giving invites to pre-permissionless?

i.e. there's a clear list of Ethereum addresses associated with an onchain group that be added to an allowlist and address owner is able to go through the flow on the following webpage:

warpcast.com/~/register

I was actually wondering how you could pull a list of addresses for this?

Any ideas?
