Hey everyone, just wanted to share a quick tip on improving your posture, especially if you’re sitting a lot during the day. Try the "90-90-90" sitting position. Make sure your feet are flat on the ground, knees are at a 90-degree angle, and your hips are also at a 90-degree angle to your body. This alignment can help reduce strain on your back and neck. Also, make it a habit to get up and stretch every hour. It’s amazing how much these small adjustments can make a difference. Your body will thank you later. Take care!
