Hey everyone, just wanted to share a quick tip for those of you dealing with lower back pain. One exercise that really helps is the cat-cow stretch. It's super simple and you can do it anywhere. Start on all fours, arch your back like a cat, hold for a few seconds, then dip your spine towards the floor like a cow. Repeat a few times. It helps to loosen up the spine and relieve tension.
