What are some properties that a token launch should have for you to consider it ethical / values-aligned and not decrease your excitement for the project?

One idea I had regarding bootstrapping a community using a token launch is for Prediction Markets. You could use airdrops to disperse the tokens to current and past users of other PM's. So you could allocate say, 80% of your tokens to present and past users of Augur, Polymarket, Gnosis, etc.
