Expectations out the window and being present in whatever moment you’re in without guilt that you’re “supposed” to be doing something else. However old your “oldest” is, involve them at whatever capacity they can help. If they feel on the “outside”, that’s where emotions can overcome them, but them being a part of this transition, and helping mommy and daddy even in the smallest of ways will excite them about lil sibling! Congratulations 🎉
