Anyone know of any especially good data sources for understanding "good" retention rates for video games? Bonus points if I can learn more about typical ratios of stuff like DAU:peak daily concurrents (or other similar metrics) 🥰 Will drop a little $degen to best answers!

Don't have the time right now to search for something directly, but I suggest starting by searching with a term like this: video games retention rate filetype:pdf Through the filetype:pdf you'll often end up with research papers etc :)

sure! It's sort of twofold 1) interested in 1d, 7d, 30d, 60d retention rates for video games, ideally separated by genre eg I expect F2P mobile games have much worse 1d retention because user didn't pay, whereas 1d retention for a $70 game should be higher bc user already invested so they have "skin in the game"

issue is many games don't report these things so it's hard to know where to look to find data on these things! Would be mega helpful for me tho 2) Similar metrics surrounding game performance are also hard to find, but would be SUPER interesting to work through. Example I have in cast 1 was DAU:daily concurrents, i.e.
