circle runs USDC and has an explicit blacklisting policy in their terms of service: https://www.circle.com/en/legal/usdc-terms#:~:text=Blacklisting,permitted%20under%20the%20blacklisting%20policy.. it's the same on base as any other chain.

not exactly like all chains tbh. All chains donβt use a centralized sequencer

To be clear though, _any_ chain that uses USDC is (potentially) at risk of having transactions that are from blacklisted addresses censored.

I guess the responding question regarding base would be ok letβs swap USDC for ETH. What would happen if the US gov asked base(coinbase) to blacklist those wallets
