Most of the biomarkers on my Apple Watch look quite good except for HRV (52 ms). Anyone here experience with increasing it significantly?

I just found Elite HRV, which helps increase it with breathing exercises. Going to try it out!

What’s your age? 52 does not seems bad to me. Btw don’t trust too much the wearables that calculate the HRV continuously… https://medium.com/@altini_marco/wearables-for-heart-rate-variability-hrv-measurement-analysis-of-data-quality-and-issues-with-a50ae8127a8b

HRV is something I am really struggling with at the minute. Everything else seems to be going well. Going to get blood test done soon to check everything else ok

HRV is so personal. Mine ranges from 70 to 110 and I'm definitely not that fit 😄 but working on it. I've noticed mine elevates when I keep a good streak of training on and throw in some intensity every now and then.

Mine fluctuates quite a bit. But usually a good night sleep, no alcohol and a good cardio session help improve it a lot.
