Is it normal that I cannot purchase Fan Tokens? basically my transactions are seen as successful in the UI but never done. Just like if I was blacklisted or something.

That does not sound normal. Where are you trying to buy them? I see a bunch of transactions on @moxiescout that you bought many of your own fan token today and yesterday. But not sure why it shows like this instead of just your handle. So that is sort of weird. With the Moxie: in front of it and the -x at the end. Do the totals not increase in your portfolio?

Indeed tried to buy it repeatedly to test the based rewards, from 2 different laptops and my phone. When I do around 5 or more transactions, seems it's being accepted on my end but never done and it stays like that in the device. I just don't know how other users are doing 1000+ transactions a day without limits but I get "blocked". Furthermore, now it seems I can buy tokens from my phone (from the Coinbase wallet explorer in moxie.xyz) but not from the laptop.

Maybe you are getting blocked for too many transactions (thinks you're a bot)? I've never done so many (and don't use my phone for crypto at all). Also, just in case you don't know, we don't earn base rewards now for transactions. There are still some small rewards I earn, but I have no idea where they come from. 😂 Maybe @ipeciura.eth can lend some advice about your issue.
