i know we don't do collect calls anymore but it would be interesting to think about how it would be implemented on the blockchain.

there's some other idea in here though. call gating or something like that.

super interesting. I can also see the inverse. "Receive 0.01 ETH to answer". Sort of like token-gated calendars.

a thought: what if gave allowlist-based permissions for "permissionless" calls to me based on parameters the caller specifies pre-call? and vice versa: "if I cold call @0xdesigner with a pitch, what would I pay for them to pick up the phone?"
