As someone who is trying to build a business for the first time, I’m trying to learn what to focus on. 

I’m optimizing for feeling connected to my work and more of a lifestyle biz (as opposed to maximizing $$ value). Learning where to spend my time and attention has been one of the biggest challenges tho.
