Scam haha - you can wane off but benefits are way less than having coffee- Huberman’s waiting until being awake for 90 mins works best for me - no caffeine crash, try to limit to 1-2 cups a day and don’t drink it within 8 hours of heading to sleep - get the coffee jolt without negative side effects basically
