The Bitcoin Lightning ecosystem is a graveyard.

To be clear, if you want to install a wallet on your phone and start using it you can. But if you want to set up a node for just your friends it is way way WAY too confusing.

I got a lightning node set up and attached to by btc node but now it's like, what now. There's not a clear path to "install a thing on my phone and start sending payments." At least not what I could find. Most Lightning projects haven't been updated in years.
