t's so incredibly difficult to actively switch back and forth between creative builder and constructive businessman. The strangest part is that I feel most creative when I stop my strict gym routine. Sure, we were climbing mountains every day, getting exercise, and turned ourselves into machines, but when I'm hard on myself to be lifting 4 days per week in the mornings, I feel great, I feel accomplished - but I never have the creative juices flowing. If my business was up and running right now, that would be a great routine - gym, then get after it - but while communicating with potential investors, following up, constantly amending the deck, the investor brief, staying organized in the spreadsheet about who has been contacted, committed, etc., I can't just shove it aside and pick up the iPad to pour thoughts into imagery. I need days of film watching and detachment, ultimately meditation away from the haps of the internet to get going again and forget about everything else 0 reply

One key macro indicator that is closely tied to crypto is the ISM Purchasing Managers Index (PMI).
The PMI is a key economic indicator that reflects the prevailing economic conditions in the manufacturing sector of the United States. Compiled by the Institute for Supply Management (ISM), the PMI is based on monthly surveys of over 400 purchasing managers across various industries, providing insights into factors such as production, new orders, employment, and supplier deliveries.
Key Features of the ISM PMI:
Diffusion Index: The PMI is a diffusion index, meaning it summarizes whether market conditions are expanding, stable, or contracting. A reading above 50 indicates expansion in the manufacturing sector, while a reading below 50 signifies contraction. A value of exactly 50 suggests no change in activity compared to the previous month.
Components: The PMI is calculated using five major components, each weighted differently:
1. New Orders (30%)
2. Production (25%)
3. Employment (20%) 0 reply
