Can you tell me WHY a smoothie at Erewhon costs $22.75?! And how did they make it such a popular product that people are willing to wait in line for 20-30 minutes to get one?

I'd try it, but it'll have to taste like nirvana for me to go again. Long wait times AND high cost? Taste must be spectacular..

I'd be surprised to taste a smoothie I thought was worth a 30-minute wait and 20 bucks.
