I always wondered, why humans want to speed up everything? It’s not about the project, just a thought that bothers me for a while

We do seem to focus on faster and in many ways it negatively impacts us. Others have made good points that show it really could depend on what we're speeding up and what we gain as a result. Maybe the things we lose aren't thought about enough. Everything's an exchange of energy and we should give our energy to things that energize us. If we can hurry energy-draining tasks to retain energy towards other things, I think it's worthy of a try. I recognize that tech advances haven't drastically improved our happiness and leisure time.. 💡 I'd like to hear more about what ways it bothers you.

It would be true, if numbers weren’t very bad on world’s depression and suicides with tech’s growth
