I have a difficult time believing we haven’t already blown well past the 1.5°C global warming limit proposed by the IPCC. Winters where I live are drastically warmer than 40 years ago. Probably 4-5°C higher on average.

Above that limit many pacific islands cease to exist from sea level rise iirc So not quite there yet

Same. We're just not getting anywhere near the snowfall. It's coming down as rain here. I'm not sure i'd agree with 4-5º C but prob half that.
