gm ☕️ Mantis shrimp eyes. We gave 3 photoreceptors, they have 12-16. They can discern wavelengths 25nm apart, and several types of polarization.

I have long wondered if genetic therapy could be used to put some of those photoreceptors into human eyes. Just imagine seeing new wavelengths of light 😲
