think like anything it'll become most vibrant when fallible, more a mask that is placed on and removed depending on context. I may not care about anonymity among a small circle, but prefer to blend in among the crowd. A protocol or apps ability to mimic human relationships with this sort of common sense grace is probably important to remain relevant over time, to more people.
