persistent anonymity seems like an anti-pattern to me either it’s pseudonymous or it’s not, at which point why do you need anonymity? anonymity makes sense for primitives like voting and one-time commentary

think like anything it'll become most vibrant when fallible, more a mask that is placed on and removed depending on context. I may not care about anonymity among a small circle, but prefer to blend in among the crowd. A protocol or apps ability to mimic human relationships with this sort of common sense grace is probably important to remain relevant over time, to more people. almost every anon I know has doxxed to someone
