what's the best web3 database/storage service rn? and would using a service like this require me running my own node(hosting an instance of a db, running a node in a network to pin my data, etc) genuinely curious if anyone has a best answer, i don't really have one

Sooo we are filling that void with fileverse.io specifically for consumer facing needs. Right now default storage happens on IPFS (your own end to end encryption keys)and pinning via web3storage but local storage and arweave are gonna be available as well. And instead of OAuth we use User Controlled Authorization Networks (UCANs) to break the dependence on centralised servers when verifying and giving access to files/data Also uses a self deployed smart contract for each user's database and the front end is a static website accessible via any IPFS gateway
