Maybe some people don’t have your load of money, 0.04 can represent a lot depending on where you live on the planet. Also maybe exchanging could grant you higher chances for a better rarity. Shaming people because they are poor doesn’t make you any better. You’re always the poor of someone else.

So for someone to have minted what we are talking about, they would have already had a prescription, which was valued at over .04!! I had to sell all the degen I had to be able to mint. I'm not rich >_< I was talking about how burning your prescription for a free pill never makes sense due to the price of things.
