tonight’s dinner: tahini peanut soba noodles 🥜 🍜 some tips for added creaminess: - a mix of peanut powder and peanut butter - adding perilla seed powder (or grinded sesame powder) - slowly adding the soba water to the sauce so the oil doesn’t split I also used tsuyu instead of soy sauce for added umami. If not you could also add a bit of miso
