Today I was at a conference about how to sell what your company does.

 I think it's easier to maybe write about this or having a virtual presentation than in person. 

Today I learned a new word: "glossophobia": fear of speaking in public. 

How could you overcome that fear?

The answer from the speaker was something like: "Before your presentation, imagine all the things can go wrong and how you could try to solve them. Also, be really aware about what you are saying to maintain control of each word and movement"

I don't think I've ever truly had glosofobia

but I do feel like lately, when I need to improvise or there's a lot going on behind stage that I need to keep track of, I get tense and I speak super fast or not as well as I could

I think a ritual for dividing your mind before speaking is needed!
